Through the case-review form we process operational details only: company, your role, business email address, optional phone number, company postcode and an optional operational note. The form deliberately does not ask for employee data, private addresses, serial numbers, passwords, recovery keys or files.

The details are used exclusively for the written review of the reported case or partner model. There is no automated individual decision; classification follows fixed, traceable rules and is confirmed in writing.

Processing is based on your consent (checkbox in the form) and on taking pre-contractual steps under Swiss data-protection law (FADP / nDSG).

The website is operated with a hosting provider; form submissions are sent as transactional email to a dedicated ITBox address. Details of the providers and locations used will be specified in this notice before go-live and are available on request.

We use cookie-free, anonymous event measurement (for example page views and clicks on action surfaces). No personal data, email addresses, company names or note contents are recorded. There is no tracking via cookies or third-party services.

To prevent abuse we process technical security data (for example timestamp, result code, rate-limit counters). Form contents are not written to application logs.

Form submissions go exclusively to the dedicated ITBox mailbox. There is no automatic transfer to third parties and no CRM or ERP sync. Processing takes place in Switzerland.

Case reviews are kept only as long as needed for the written review and a possible engagement. Unqualified enquiries are deleted within 90 days.

Under the FADP you have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data. Please contact the address given above.
