FAQ
Is rebuild already an orderable package?
In the current validation operation, rebuild is reviewed as a process and confirmed in writing. Scope, prerequisites and price are fixed in writing before any engagement.
What does controlled data erasure mean?
The medium is identified, assigned to a confirmed method and the result is recorded in writing. A tool message alone does not lead to release. ITBox does not promise «100% secure» or «NIST-certified» erasure.
What happens with MDM, Autopilot or Activation Lock?
Such locks must be removed by the entitled customer or their IT partner. ITBox does not bypass management or theft locks.
