Terms of the case review

1. Scope
These terms apply to the online case review on itbox.ch in the controlled validation operation. ITBox is a brand of the Einzelfirma [AMTLICHER FIRMENNAME]. UID: CHE-___.___.___. Registered office: Werkstrasse 11, 6102 Malters LU.
2. Non-binding nature of the case review
The case-review form is non-binding. It does not create a contract, an order or a shipping release. The results shown by the online review are a first classification and not a commitment.
3. No service or price guarantee
ITBox guarantees neither acceptance of a case nor a price or a date. The prices stated on the website (from CHF 190 / from CHF 390) are validation prices. A binding price arises only after written review and written confirmation by ITBox.
4. Binding terms
Binding service terms are provided separately and in writing before any engagement. An order is formed only when ITBox confirms scope, price, prerequisites, documents and operational readiness in writing and the customer accepts those terms.
5. Exclusions from the standard scope
Excluded from the standard ReturnKit are in particular devices with damaged or swollen lithium batteries, servers, RAID and storage systems, and data recovery. ITBox does not bypass management or theft locks (MDM, Autopilot, Activation Lock).
6. No submission of sensitive data
The form must not be used to submit employee data, private addresses, serial numbers, passwords, recovery keys or files.
7. Governing law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is, where permitted, the registered office of the responsible sole proprietorship.
