Controlled validation operation

SECURITY · Evidence

Control comes from clear stops — and evidence per device.

Every case is carried through documented handovers. This page shows which records are created and what they mean. Public SAMPLES show structure and information scope — they are not certificates.

Records within a case

  • handover record — handover and packaging documented
  • intake record — documented intake with device and handover reference
  • erasure record — method and result per storage medium
  • closing documentation — results, deviations and next decision per case
  • deviation report — when something does not match the confirmed scope

Principles

  • numbered assignment: ReturnKit, handover and intake belong unambiguously to one case
  • one device, separate media: every medium receives its own result
  • no automatic release: open ownership, lock, battery or erasure questions stop the process
  • a documented chain of custody instead of claims of trust

Limits

ITBox does not use terms such as «certified data erasure», «100% secure» or «audit-proof». Records describe what was documented and validated — no more and no less.

FAQ

Are the samples real customer documents?

No. The public SAMPLES only show structure and information scope. They contain no customer data and are not evidence of a real case.

What is a documented chain of custody?

Every handover — issuing the ReturnKit, return shipment, intake — is recorded with reference and time, so it remains traceable which device went through which step and when.

View the evidence as a SAMPLE.

The public samples show the structure and information scope of the closing documentation and the employee notice.
