1 · Send the request
You describe the process online: path (RETURN, REBUILD, SELL or unsure), company, quantity and type of devices. No employee data, serial numbers, passwords or files. You receive an inquiry number (INQ-…).
The online review is non-binding — no shipment without written confirmation.
PROCESS · Five controlled steps
Every process at ITBox starts as a written request with an inquiry number (INQ-…). Only after the review and your written confirmation is a case opened with a case number.
You describe the process online: path (RETURN, REBUILD, SELL or unsure), company, quantity and type of devices. No employee data, serial numbers, passwords or files. You receive an inquiry number (INQ-…).
ITBox reviews ownership, device type, battery, locks and media and replies in writing within one working day. The inquiry number is neither a case number nor an order.
Scope, price, prerequisites and documents are confirmed in writing. Only with your acceptance is a case opened and assigned a case number.
Packaging, shipping path and tracking are coordinated. Intake is documented; the device and every medium receive their own references.
Depending on the path: documented intake, controlled erasure, provisioning or value confirmation. You receive the closing documentation with results, deviations and the next decision.
The inquiry number (INQ-…) only confirms receipt of your request. A case number is created only after the review and your written confirmation — together with the order.
The written review usually happens within one working day. It is a target, not a guaranteed deadline.
The request takes a few minutes and is non-binding.
