Controlled validation operation

SELL · Company IT buyback

Value and sell company devices in a controlled way.

ITBox records your devices in writing, provides a first assessment and reviews the actual condition after intake. Only then is a value confirmed — and you decide in writing between sale, return or recycling.

Who it is for

For Swiss companies and system houses with retired laptops, desktops or mobile devices that want a documented, controlled sale path instead of an instant marketplace.

Process

  • record devices in writing — type, quantity, condition, no serial numbers
  • first assessment as a guide value, not a purchase promise
  • shipping or handover after written confirmation
  • technical review and controlled data erasure, where released
  • value confirmation and written decision: sale, return or recycling

Gates and stops

  • unresolved ownership stops the purchase
  • active locks stop the value confirmation
  • an unresolved medium blocks the release for sale

Exclusions

  • no instant valuation and no automatic purchase price
  • no speculative stock — ITBox does not finance trading inventory
  • no private devices and no data recovery
  • no servers, RAID or storage systems in the standard scope

Outcome and documents

A written value confirmation after review, a documented handover trail and — where erasure took place — an erasure record per medium.

FAQ

Does ITBox buy the devices immediately at the stated price?

No. The first assessment is a guide value. The confirmed value is established only after intake and the technical review.

What happens to the data on the devices?

Media are recorded separately and erased in a controlled way, where technically released. A device with an unresolved medium is not released for sale.

What if the confirmed value does not fit?

You decide in writing: sale at the confirmed value, return or recycling via a qualified partner.

Have a sale reviewed in writing.

Record type, quantity and condition of the devices — no serial numbers and no uploads.
