ITBox is being built as a specialised brand of an existing Swiss sole proprietorship. Case review and the controlled pilot are run directly from Malters — the operational and quality responsibility for the first pilot cases lies with the owner.
Legal identity
ITBox communicates transparently as a Swiss sole proprietorship based in Malters LU. No «100% Swiss-made» claim is used. Insurance, transport path, technical procedure and partner paths are reviewed in writing before any binding live case.
Languages
German, English and Polish — in writing for the case review and, by agreement, for the closing documentation.
FAQ
Is ITBox a disposal company?
No. ITBox does not describe itself as a disposal company and operates no recycling facility. Where recycling is necessary, it happens only via a separately qualified partner and after written release.
Can I simply drop off devices?
No. Malters is a project and processing site, not a drop-off counter. Every handover is coordinated in writing in advance.
