The document brings the agreed device case into one structured customer-facing record. A device may contain more than one storage medium. Each identified medium is recorded separately and receives its own result.

Controlled erasure — where commissioned

For ReturnKit Secure, the closure documentation may contain a controlled erasure section for each relevant storage medium. A real record is limited to what was actually identified, commissioned, executed, verified and validated.

Verification and human validation

A tool result alone is not the final customer decision. The documented workflow distinguishes execution, technical verification, human validation and release of the agreed result. Open ownership, battery, lock, erasure or quality questions stop the process until they are resolved.
